The BA F6 should be where the BA GT is in your nine best Aussie muscle cars (July í16).
The 5.4 litre was a disappointment, its real world performance didnít come close to its on paper figures and had major reliability problems. The F6 on the other hand was a true hero car, both in terms of looks, performance and status.
BA GT was included as it was the return of the production GT nameplate (not special edition like EB and EL). We went with the FG F6 instead as BA F6 suffered those early clutch failures and we felt FG was where the turbo six really had a big performance advantage over the V8.
