PEANUT LEARNINGS

Bryan Hill Esperance

Concerned at wasting an hour on my commute to work, I listened to some CD audiobooks my wife had bought me. She said I had no culture so I started with Cormac McCarthy’s Blood Meridian. I had no clue as to what was going on. I’m retired, so figured this was why I couldn’t follow the plot very well. When I got back my wife pointed out that the CD player was on shuffle mode. What a peanut.

Listened to it again in the right order and it made even less sense.
