Last Camaro signs off

The final Australian designed and developed fifth-generation Chevrolet Camaro has rolled off the production line in Oshawa, Canada. The car, a ZL1 high-performance model, marked the end of seven years of production for the US cousin to the Holden Commodore, and the official handover to the US designed and built sixth-gen muscle car. The car will become a standing display at the GM Heritage Museum. Holden’s Australian design team was commissioned to develop the Camaro after it was recognised as GM’s global rear-drive centre of excellence.
